Processing Method: Georgian black tea is produced using traditional Orthodox or modern mechanical methods, depending on the estate. The Orthodox process includes withering, rolling, full oxidation, and drying, which preserves whole leaves or large broken leaf grades. Mechanically processed variants are also produced, primarily for commercial blends.

It is important that the highest quality tea leaves are harvested by hand in the plantation every year, from which the company produces different types of natural Georgian tea.
