A. Working days: from Monday to Friday, pick-up of shipments from the customer and delivery to the addressee and/or placement in the service center, on Saturday - only pick-up of urgent shipments from the customer and delivery to the addressee.
B. The courier's visit to the addressee's address is carried out only once (except for the use of the additional service - "double visit").
C. For the purposes of this Agreement, special administrative units are Mestia, Stepantsminda, Dusheti, Tianeti, Tsageri, Lentekhi.
D. Shipments with the status of "returned" and "returned" are returned to the customer on the same or the next working day. In addition, in the event of return of shipments to the customer's address, the customer is entitled to transfer new shipments to the courier, for which the visit to the addressee will be carried out on the next working day.
E. If the weight of the packaged courier item does not exceed 10 kg, the item is picked up/delivered at the door of the addressee's apartment/office, and in the case of a courier item weighing more than 10 kg - at the entrance to the addressee's building.
