Refund & Cancellation Policy about tea and other physical products

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at teacountry1@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Samtredia, Etseri - post cod 3910 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund & Cancellation Policy about tea tours

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all bookings, payments, and tour-related transactions made through Tea Country. By booking a tea tour or related service, the customer agrees to the terms set forth herein.

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations (No Refunds)

1.1. All payments for tea tours, reservations, and related services are non-refundable in the event of Client-initiated cancellation, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
1.2. Non-refundable situations include, but are not limited to:

  • The Client cancels the tour after payment is made.
  • The Client fails to complete or finalize the booking.
  • The Client does not appear on the scheduled tour date (“no-show”).
  • The Client provides incomplete or incorrect booking information that prevents participation.
    1.3. By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be issued for personal cancellations or failure to attend.

2. Cancellations Initiated by Tea Country (Full Refund)

2.1. If Tea Country must cancel a tea tour due to operational, logistical, weather-related, or other circumstances beyond our control, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.
2.2. To process the refund, the Client must:
a) Submit a brief statement in the Review section of the applicable tour page acknowledging that the tour was canceled by Tea Country; and
b) Provide accurate identifying information, including name, booking date, and contact email, to allow verification of the cancellation.
2.3. Refunds will be issued only after verification is completed and may take several business days to process.

3. Rescheduling Requests

3.1. Requests for rescheduling may be considered at the sole discretion of Tea Country and are subject to tour availability.
3.2. Tea Country is under no obligation to reschedule a missed or canceled tour, but may accommodate reasonable requests when possible.

4. Amendments to the Policy

4.1. Tea Country reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.
4.2. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of the Client’s booking shall govern that specific booking.
